These are the terms and conditions ("Terms") on which we supply products to you in the United Kingdom and worldwide. Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your order. By using our website, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

 

The products displayed on our website constitute a non-binding online catalogue. When you click "Buy now," you are placing a binding order to purchase the selected products. We automatically accept your offer upon receipt of your order, and you will receive an email confirmation.

All goods are offered subject to availability and our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to reject any order without obligation to assign a reason. Given the handmade nature of our art, the exact size and colour of goods may vary slightly from the dimensions and appearance shown on our website.

3. PRICE & PAYMENT

 

The product prices are stated online and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included and will be added at checkout.

All prices are inclusive of any applicable sales taxes in the country of origin. The buyer is responsible for any other taxes (including customs duties) applicable in the destination country.

Payment must be made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal at the time of placing your order. Payment in full will be taken at this time. You warrant that all details you provide are correct and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. ORDERING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

We process and ship all orders from our studio. Processing times vary based on the product type:

• Original Artworks: 2-5 business days.

• Paper or Canvas Prints: 3-5 business days.

• Hand-Finished Prints: 5-7 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery time.

Our estimated delivery times are:

• Standard UK Delivery: Approximately 5-7 business days.

• International Delivery: Approximately 7-14 business days.

All delivery dates are estimates only, and we are not liable for any delays.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

 

We ship worldwide. Please be aware that for international orders (to countries outside of the UK), customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged by the destination country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We will make every attempt to minimise customs charges in accordance with international shipping regulations.

• Special Conditions: For large artworks with high shipping costs, we may offer to ship the artwork unstretched in a secure tube for a lower fee. Please contact us to discuss this option.

• Shipping Cost: If your order contains items of different sizes, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the largest item.
   

 

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

 

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Custom-commissioned artworks are non-refundable.

We offer a 14-day return policy. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. The item must be returned unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
   

In the unlikely case that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. All our artworks are fully insured. We will guide you on how to file a claim with the shipping company; you must save all original packaging for this process.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

 

All content on our website, including the artworks, trademarks, and logos, is our property. The purchase of an artwork or print grants you only the physical ownership of the item. It does not transfer any rights to copy, reproduce, or publicly display the work. All rights are reserved.

8. DATA PROTECTION

 

All provisions regarding the protection of your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy, which you must also read and accept.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

 

These Terms are governed by English law, and any legal proceedings will be brought in the English courts.
